You can get to Heviz from Budapest if you drive on highway M7 till the end of the southern coast of Lake Balaton. Then turn on the main road Nr. 71 in the direction of Keszthely. If you reach Cserszegtomaj, please drive along Sumegi road to Heviz.

By bus: You can get from 'Budapest-Nepliget' bus-station directly to Heviz within 3,5 or 4 hours.
By train: You can take a train to Keszthely either from Budapest Eastern Train station (’Keleti palyaudvar’) or from Budapest Southern Train station (’Deli palyaudvar’). It takes about 3,5-4,5 hours. Then you should take a bus from Keszthely which gets to Heviz within 15-20 minutes.
